I'm curious by nature. I ask a lot of questions and I like to understand what's really happening before deciding what needs to change.
A little about me.
I BELIEVE SIMPLIFICATION IS COMPLEX.
I'm Swedish, and I've spent much of my career working across countries, cultures and businesses that don't all behave the same way.
I trust a notebook more than a slide deck. I like clear ownership, clear priorities and knowing what people are actually measured on.
I care enormously about the people I work with. I believe you can be ambitious about the outcome and human about how you get there.
Technology has been the thread through most of my career. But businesses still come down to people, judgement, relationships and accountability.
Outside work, I'm married with two teenagers and a Ridgeback. Scandinavian design was probably inevitable. I love travelling, good food and being outdoors. I'd almost always rather eat than cook.
